SportDex Subscription Terms

These terms explain free trials, auto-renewing subscriptions, payment, cancellation, changes, and refunds for SportDex.

Important Notice

SportDex subscriptions may automatically renew. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial or current subscription period.

1. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial subscription for the Service. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial, you will be automatically charged the price indicated on the payment screen for the subscription period you selected.

2. Subscription

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, such as weekly, monthly, every six months, yearly, or otherwise depending on the option selected by you at the time of purchase, until you cancel.

3. Payment Method

Payment will be charged to the payment method you submitted at the time of purchase at confirmation of purchase. You authorize us or the applicable platform or payment provider to charge the applicable subscription fees to the payment method you submit.

4. Cancellation

Canceling your subscription means automatic renewal will be disabled, but you will still have access to all subscription features for the remaining time in your then-current period. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

If you purchased or enabled a free trial on the App Store

You can cancel anytime by turning off auto-renewal through your Apple ID account settings. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial or then-current subscription period. Learn more at Apple support: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039.

If you purchased or enabled a trial on Google Play

You can cancel anytime by turning off auto-renewal through your Google Play account settings. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or then-current subscription period. Learn more at Google Play support: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7018481.

If you purchased or enabled a free trial on our website

You can cancel a free trial or subscription through SportDex account settings where available, through the payment provider used for purchase, or by contacting support@sportdexapp.com at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial or then-current subscription period.

5. Changes

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we may change subscription fees at any time. We will give reasonable notice of pricing changes by posting new prices in the app, sending an email notification, or using another prominent method. If you do not wish to pay the new fees, you can cancel the applicable subscription before the change goes into effect.

6. Refunds

If you purchased or enabled a free trial on the App Store

If you are eligible for a refund, you must request it directly from Apple. To request a refund, follow the instructions from Apple support: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084.

If you purchased or enabled a trial on Google Play

If you are eligible for a refund, you must request it directly from Google. To request a refund, follow the instructions from Google Play support: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637.

If you purchased or enabled a free trial on our website

Except where required by law, we will not refund any transaction once it has been made. When you purchase, you acknowledge and agree that purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

7. Note for EU Residents

If you are an EU resident, you have the right to withdraw from a service agreement without charge and without giving any reason within fourteen (14) days from the date the agreement is concluded, unless you provided consent to immediate agreement performance.

You hereby expressly consent and acknowledge that performance of the agreement begins immediately and that you will lose your right of withdrawal from the agreement once our servers validate your purchase and the applicable purchase is successfully delivered to you.

Therefore, unless the Service is defective, you will not be eligible for a refund in relation to digital goods and will only be eligible for a proportional refund in relation to digital service.
