SportDex Money-Back Guarantee Policy

1. Money-Back Guarantee Rules

In addition to refund rights available under applicable laws, if you made a purchase directly on our website and the money-back option was presented to you during checkout, you are eligible to receive a voluntary refund if you contact us at support@sportdexapp.com within 30 days after your initial purchase and before the end of your first subscription period.

You must provide reasons and evidence for refund other than personal or financial ones, such as defective or completely inaccurate content. Once you contact us, we will review your application and notify you by email whether it is approved.

2. Important Statement

Only fulfillment of all requirements above allows you to receive a complete voluntary refund under the money-back guarantee. For clarity, the money-back guarantee does not apply to:

• personal reasons, such as not liking the product or deciding it did not meet your expectations;
• financial reasons, such as not expecting to be charged, not expecting a trial to convert into a subscription, not expecting automatic renewal, or not expecting the services to be paid.

You may still cancel your subscription without a voluntary refund by contacting us at support@sportdexapp.com. For more details, please refer to the Subscription Terms.

3. General Refund Rules

Generally, if you do not meet the conditions set out above, fees you have paid are refundable only under the conditions stated in the applicable money-back policy.

Note for EU residents: if you are an EU resident, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement for purchase of digital content without charge and without giving any reason within fourteen (14) days from the date the agreement is concluded. The withdrawal right does not apply if performance of the agreement has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

You hereby expressly consent to the immediate performance of the agreement and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal from the agreement once our servers validate your purchase and the applicable purchase is successfully delivered to you.

Therefore, you will not be eligible for a refund unless the digital content is defective.
