SportDex Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how to cancel SportDex subscriptions and free trials purchased through the App Store, Google Play, or the SportDex website.
Important Information
Deleting the SportDex app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through the platform, payment method, account settings, or support channel used for your purchase.
1. Overview
Canceling your subscription means that automatic renewal will be disabled, but you will still have access to all subscription features for the remaining time in your then-current period.
Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
2. If You Purchased or Enabled a Free Trial on the App Store
You can cancel a free trial or subscription anytime by turning off auto-renewal through your Apple ID account settings. To avoid being charged, cancel the subscription in your Apple ID account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial or then-current subscription period.

3. If You Purchased or Enabled a Free Trial on Google Play
You can cancel a free trial or subscription anytime by turning off auto-renewal through your Google Play account settings. To avoid being charged, cancel the subscription in your account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial or then-current subscription period.

4. If You Purchased or Enabled a Free Trial on Our Website
You can cancel a free trial or subscription by contacting SportDex support at support@sportdexapp.com or by clicking the “Cancel Subscription” button in your account on our website at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial or then-current subscription period.
